Event Sales Coordinator

Location: Golden, CO and Denver Metro Area

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00 to 21.00 a hour (DOE) + plus commission
  • Paid Weekly
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and 401k with Match
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday with some Weekends

A Day in the Life

The Honey Bucket team has an immediate opening for a full time Event Sales Coordinator. We're looking for a candidate that will help maintain an established customer base. This position is hourly pay with commission.

  • Follow-up with existing customers to ensure all expectations are met.
  • Be willing to travel to customer locations and event sites.
  • Identify and gain new customers and events.
  • Have excellent communication with customers via phone & email.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, the products and services offered by Honey Bucket.
  • Must be willing to work in an office setting and perform administrative tasks associated with other duties, such as accounts receivable tasks.
  • Most events are Thurs-Tues so the ideal candidate must be willing to be reachable & respond to customers' demands during these times.

  • Highly organized & detail orientated
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must have sales skills and experience in sales
  • An understanding of our operational side of the business. (Training will be provided)
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and social media
  • Understand different sales programs such as Sales Force and etc. (Training will be provided)
  • Proven time management
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and Drug test
